Tambo Industrial Supply has now been established now for 5 solid years. People thought I was crazy to start a company at the beginning of a recession. On the contrary, I felt I was crazy NOT to. Businesses needed to save money! I worked for many years as a Sales/Service representative and General manager for a Large Corporation in the Industrial Supply Industry. I used to be told I was "over servicing" my customers! Have you ever heard of something so ridiculous? "Over servicing"? I don't know about you, but I love great service wherever I go. Then I was told that I wasn't making enough profit on the product I was selling! If I can make a small profit with low overhead, and my customer can save money without sacrificing quality and in most cases getting better service then what they are receiving currently, then what is wrong with that?

Taubensee Steel & Wire Company began providing value-added services and selling steel products as a family owned and operated business in 1946. We've grown to become a national manufacturer of quality steel bar and wire products primarily serving the East and Midwest, with a vision to expand on our great tradition of best-in-class service and innovation. TCI Precision Metals (formerly TCI Aluminum) was founded in 1956 by Burt Belzer and two partners. 66 years later, it is a third-generation led, family-owned business, with a focus on customer partnerships and strong core values. Our dedication to our early motto “Good Parts. On Time. Period.” drives our decisions every day to be the best supplier and partner we can. The early days of TCI saw us selling handles, knobs, fasteners, tool steel, and tooling specialties. Almost immediately after founding, we built an aluminum plate saw to produce tooling plates to hang our tooling hardware on. The E-Z LOK design allows users to repair damaged or worn out threads without the need for special taps or installation tools. Over the years this brand has expanded to include inserts for wood and plastic, as well as a line of helical inserts for metal.

The Warren Company has been owned and operated since its establishment in 1913 by family patriarch Samuel Warren on East 10th Street.
