Accubeam is a contract laser marking, engraving and cutting facility located in Sarasota on the heart of the Gulf Coast. Accubeam began as a laser marking service within its sister company, Florida Knife, in 1999. Accuracy Machine’s Welding Fabrications Team is located in Merrill, Wisconsin. We chose a distressed area and renovated a larger vacant building. More importantly, the region is also home for many technical personnel and experienced skilled trade machinists, welders, and certified weld inspectors. This group CNC cuts heavy plate, fits, welds, bends, punches, straightens, shot blasts, paints and machines heavy, large metal products and enclosures. The Precision Machining machine tool jobs shop is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This highly skilled group machines many industrial specialty and custom products. This group serves the following OEM industries: nonwovens, tissue, paper, film, food, dairy, beverage, medical, healthcare, dental, automotive, and marine. Our processes include: precise machining, precise assembly, TIG welding, electro polishing and passivation, process tool testing, sheet metal work, and metrology. Accuracy Pharmaceutical Machine is located in Green Bay Wisconsin. Manufacturing pharmaceutical tools and fixtures, along with other healthcare and medical parts. Our process include: ultra-precise machining, gun drilling, engraving electro polishing and passivation, precise assembly and metrology.

Marshall Longtain founded Accurate Carbide Tool in 1947 in a storage room of a local Saginaw Bar. He tended bar by night, put money aside to purchase a surface grinder and spent his days grinding carbide tooling for local automotive plants. He was driven craftsman who always put the customer first, going above and beyond to to provide quality tooling in short order. We have evolved from this modest beginning through expansion into larger facilities and diversifying our machining capabilities. Today, Accurate is under 3rd generation management and continues Marsh's legacy of providing quality tooling solutions for high precision production applications.
