Custom Tool & Grinding started the same way many successful manufacturing companies do: with an idea, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service. In 1976, founder Ken Stasiowski, looking to start a business, developed a tool grinding service in the family garage. “We had a CNC machine in the basement,” recalls son Greg. “Not a lot of other kids could say that.”

Custom Tube and Manufacturing Incorporated started out as R&D Machine Company back in 1976. It was started by Robert Galli, a genius in the metal forming industry. In 1980 R&D Machine became True Tube, Inc. and expanded into a new facility. At that time our specialty tubing was a tapered wall tube (fuel rod simulator) used in the nuclear power generating industry. The process for manufacturing these tubes was developed by Robert Galli. When Robert retired in 1992 he handed the reigns over to his son Richard, and his sister. Since then Richard has expanded once again into Custom Tube and Manufacturing Incorporated. Richard Galli dedicated himself to the expansion of our capabilities which resulted in our current specialty of custom shaped tubing and larger diameters. We have over 9,500 square feet of space which encompasses our tube drawing department, machine shop, gundrilling department, and fabrication services. We are a family owned business extending into the third generation, with over 40 years of experience delivering the highest quality in tubing and machined products.

Founded in 2010, Cutter USA provides a full range of solutions including procurement and fabrication. With more than a few hundred projects completed jointly by our group of companies in USA all over the world, we have a proven track record in designing and manufacturing equipment to world class quality. As a group we have an extensive global experience in Refrigeration, Gas Compression, Fuel Gas Conditioning Skids, TEG Dehydration, Molecular Sieve Dehydration, Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers, Filtration Skids, Heaters, Treaters, Flares, Water Treatment Plant, etc. With our group fabrication facilities in Houston Texas, Tulsa Oklahoma, Corona California and Asia. Cutting Dynamics began in 1985 with three employees and two wire EDM machines on Cleveland’s west side. Since then, we have grown to 140 employees working in a facility of 165,000 square feet by staying ahead of the technology curve and being first to market. In 1987, we established one of the first laser cutting operations in North America, and in 2008 we opened our new hydroforming fluid cell processing center.
