D & M Products was established in 1938 by Carlton Peterson who designed and engineered our pressure washing gun. Designing helicopter transmissions for Hughes Aircraft by day, Mr. Peterson filled his nights and weekends with his own engineering projects. He saw a need for a low cost alternative to expensive self-contained pressure washers. He reasoned that many businesses require a fast and effective means of cleaning machinery and work areas. D&M Products' Pressure Washing Gun provides an alternative to expensive self-contained washers and also accepts a standard garden hose for water. A quick-coupling siphon attachment allows easy application of solvent or cleaning fluid to a problem area. After soaking the area, the user blasts away with 250 PSI of hot water or a hot water and air combination to remove all dirt and debris. There are two versions of the Gun the only difference being how the air is activated. Some prefer the simplicity of the DM-100 valve model, yet the DM-200 trigger model is our most popular item. We also make nozzle extensions and a flushing adapter to round out a complete line of accessories common to both guns. The company was operated from Pasadena until 1984 when it relocated to Santa Monica, California. Since May 1996, the company brought in new management, which made improvements in product quality and inventory stocking. D&M supplies a number of distributors and directly services many national accounts.

D&S Machine Repair, Inc. was founded in 1981 by Frank De Groote and Sam Stout. Both men had over 20 years of new press manufacturing experience with the E.W. Bliss Company before starting D&S Machine Repair, Inc. The economic down turn of the late 70’s and early 80’s sharply decreased the demand for new press equipment and increased a demand for press repair. A demand not being met in Michigan. They started their company to meet this demand and were soon joined by Ray Inman, Larry Watson, Engineer Gary Rein, and other talented individuals that they had worked with at E. W. Bliss. The tradition of quality workmanship started from this founding group is still carried on today by Sam Stout’s three sons, Sam Stout Jr., Michael Stout, Jeff Stout, and over 45 employees. Our goal is to provide you with quality, on time repairs that will last for years to come.

Trabuco Precision LLC has developed and implemented a quality management system (QMS) in order to document the organization's best business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers and improve the overall management of the company. The QMS of this organization meets the requirements of the international standards AS9100 / ISO 9001:2015. This system addresses the production and servicing of the organizations products. The manual is divided into sections that correlate to the QMS sections of the AS9100 / ISO 9001:2015 format. Each section begins with a policy statement expressing our organizations obligation to implement the basic requirements of the referenced QMS section. Each policy statement is followed by specific information pertaining to the procedures that describe the methods used to implement the necessary requirements. In addition, this manual describes the QMS, delineates authorities, identifies interdepartmental relationships and responsibilities of the personnel responsible for performing within the system. The manual also provides procedures or references for all activities used within the QMS to ensure compliance to the necessary requirements of the standard. This manual used both internally to guide the employees of this organization through the various requirements of the AS9100 / ISO 9001:2015 standard and externally to familiarize our customers with our quality system practices and controls.
