The company was started in 1977 by Dan Glockzin and Rick Leffelman. D.R. Tech incorporated on 1/26/84. Rick Leffelman took over as sole owner and President in 2006. We have been based out of the same building the entire life of the company. Through the years we have worked in every state in the continental US as well as Canada and Argentina. D.R Tech started out doing primarily refrigeration and sanitary process systems. Over the years, we used our dairy experience and the ingenuity of Dan and Rick to design and build cheese-making equipment. Through a continued investment in research & development we have created several key pieces of equipment such as the EZ Whey draining belt, the Carousel Vacuum Press (patented) and the Waterless Cooker (patented).

D.S.O. Manufacturing has been in business since 1947. We continue to make improvements to solve our customers demands. With our skilled labor force and engineering expertise we are able to manufacture products and meet customer demands. The goal at DSO has been to be our customer’s partner in world class manufacturing technology. Our philosophy is based on honesty, integrity and a no non-sense approach to supply our customers with the quality they expect.

The parts are used in many industries including: Medical, computer, lawn & garden, military, railroad, construction, heavy/light truck, trailer, automotive, marine, and others. DACO will run low, medium, and high volume production.

In 2014 Victor served as a delegate to Portugal for the Global Entrepreneurship Program assisting young entrepreneurs in emerging countries. DACRUZ Manufacturing participates in Manufacturing Day and are a sponsor of Operation P.E.A.C.C.E. Robotics Team in the Litchfield County 4-H.

Damark Manufacturing is a privately held company founded in 1995 by Dave and Vicki Buerger. It began with Dave’s belief that through honest practices, we could simplify business processes and create an innovative approach which would save our customers money and offer responsive personalized care. In 2003, we relocated the growing business to a 15,000 square foot facility at our current location in Lomira, WI. Since moving into the larger facility we added several new machines and equipment. In 2010, we added an additional 7,100 square feet to our existing building to keep up with the demand of our customers. Through the years we have added engineering services, CNC machining, CAD/CAM and 3D modeling capabilities and new equipment to stay current and relevant in today’s manufacturing industry.
