Dugan Tool and Die was founded in 1977 by Charles Dugan, who had a passion for precision machining and manufacturing. From the beginning, our customers have appreciated the quality of our work, and our commitment to service. Charles built Dugan Tool on a foundation of strong values, ethics and the belief that building parts comes second to building relationships. In 2010, Mr. Dugan passed the torch to new owner Mark Willmore and his talented team. Mark started with the company back in 1989 as a mechanical engineer and design draftsman. Physically our machine shop looks much different today. The machines we use are much more advanced than in our early years, as we’ve continued to embrace the latest in technology. Our recent expansion into our new 30,000 square foot facility, further broadens our machining and production capabilities. However, despite the advancements in technology, our foundation remains intact, which is the commitment to our customers, quality, on time delivery, and building long-term relationships.

Founded in 1987 Dumur Industries began operations as a sheet metal firm, specializing in the production of ventilation and cabinet systems for the food preparation industry. In 1997, the company expanded into the defense, oil & gas, power utility, and communications sectors. This growth in business sectors created the need for increased capacity, allowing dumur to expand its footprint multiple times over the years. Kinion Dunn, founder of DBT, was living with his wife Barbara Dunn raising four sons in their hometown of Cookeville TN. He worked as an engineer for a local automotive manufacturer, FleetGuard. After leaving FleetGuard he began his own engineering design business in 1989, this business became the framework and precursor to DBT. Through the next few years, he worked with local companies designing components and machinery, for the automotive industry.

Dunrite Metal Fabricators, Inc. was founded in 1989 and has been in business 33 years under the same ownership. Our sheet metal fabrication facility is located in Clearwater, FL. At it’s very base level Dunrite specializes in custom sheet metal fabrication, but we pride ourselves in being so much more. Including but not limited to an expert welding authority. We aim to be your one-stop shop for everything involved in the process of fabrication. When you begin a project with us, we start assisting you immediately with design, and continue with skilled advice and guidance through the prototype phase and quantity production. Towards completion we offer a variety of finishing options and our quality control measures analyze the production from conception until it is loaded on a truck and shipped out to you. We currently deliver all over the World. To provide that extra level of service we hold close tolerances in an assortment of materials. Finishing options include both wet and powder coating. For a different look, we are also experts in several choices for plating and even anodizing. Not every sheet metal fabrication facility provides these extra services. We do it because we care about our customers and strive to bring you everything you need for your finished product. One of our main focuses is maintaining excellent standards in customer service. Our Mission Dunweizer Fabrication, Inc., is a service-oriented fabrication shop with 32 years of experience in the industry. We offer creative, fast, competitive, and reliable service to fit the needs of our diverse customer base. Dunweizer Fabrication will build new equipment and parts per your specifications. We will also repair your existing equipment or fabricate new or replacement parts for you to install. Our History In 1976, E. Duncan started his business under the name of Bee Fabrication. In 1985, a partner was taken on, and the name was changed to Dunweizer Machine and Fabrication. In 2001, the company split with Ed Duncan taking the name Dunweizer Fabrication, and the partner taking the name Dunweizer Machine. Both companies reside under the same roof, with the same phone number, but they remain separate entities. Dunweizer Fabrication has a full machine shop, able to do turning, boring, keyways (internal and external), as well as drilling and milling. In our fabrication shop, we do rolling, shearing, brake work, welding of all types and on most materials, steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
