We are one of the only U.S. manufacturers of Freight Shoes and, like all our products, these ship out the same day you place your order! Embree Machine, INC. was founded in 2004 by Pat Embree II. Our outfit is currently based in Springville, Indiana, and houses many precision CNC and manual machines, as well as inspection equipment and computers with top grade software. Pat Embree II founded Embree Machine on the belief that the parts made for the customer should be at the highest quality possible that meets and exceeds the customers’ specifications. Emerald Steel Fabricators can handle any size project with our full-service fabrication shop. With our enclosed paint and sandblast facility, we have the capability and experience to utilize a variety of paint systems.

Founded in 2006, Emerald Steel Inc. fabricates, installs and supplies structural and miscellaneous steel for residential and commercial construction projects throughout the San Francisco, Bay Area. Engineering and Metal Fabrication was established in 1964. Situated in the heart of the space coast, about 15 miles from Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. EMF supplies custom fabricated products for commercial and government industries. EMF is a 35,000 sq ft facility in Merritt Island, Florida. We also have included 15,000 sq ft of precision machining. EMF has ample room for manufacturing large structures plus an open area that allows for very heavy proof loading. We employ over 110 full-time team members, including a design engineering staff, quality assurance, quality inspection, welders, machinists, configuration control, logistical, and procurement support. The EMF facility is currently AS9100D with ISO9001:2015 certified. Also ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100:2009 Rev. C registered/certified. We have supported the aerospace industry for decades here and around the United States. EMF welcomes the opportunity to participate in the design and manufacturing of quality products and unique projects. EMF’s engineering services include additional structural design and analysis complemented by computer-aided design and manufacturing. The EMF facility operates two production shifts daily and is able to work around the clock for emergency orders. Coupled with our manufacturing capabilities using state-of-the-art equipment, EMF truly brings our clients a turnkey operation.
