At that time, the company’s name was Grace Engineering. We provided the machine tool and computer peripheral industries with cost effective solutions to critical parts machining problems. This experience in the production of precision parts has served us well in the years that followed. In early 1978, after extensive research and development, we began producing photochemical machined precision parts for the computer peripheral market. In 1988, electromechanical assembly operations were added Production wire EDM came along in 1992, followed by expansion of the metal stamping operation. We purchased our first Amada Co2 laser cutting system in 1999. In the 2000’s many new technologies have been added, including: Heat treating, injection molding, and clean room packaging. Grace Manufacturing specializes in precision metal services and medical manufacturing, providing customers with custom metal parts using several different processes or a combination of processes. During the past three decades, Grace’s precision parts program has evolved into one of the finest in the industry. Our highly trained personnel have the unique talent of applying their experience to the exploration of new technologies and production techniques. Over 20 Years Of Excellence Grand Precision Machining is a Brantford based precision CNC Machine shop with a reputation for consistently delivering high-quality parts with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Established in 1999 by John Stonham, Grand Precision began as a two-person operation. Twenty years later, the company continues to grow with a team of skilled and licensed machinists driving the success of our business and the quality of our products. Following in his family's footsteps, John's son Matthew Stonham began in the manufacturing industry at a young age, learning the industry and the business. Part of our success is due to the fact that we will tailor our operations to our customers needs. Our current operations are open 7 days a week, with an AM and PM shift. We will do blanket orders, Kanban systems, Stock replenishment systems, or any other inventory / manufacturing system that you may require. We have manufactured parts for many different industries such as shock absorbers and hydraulic cylinders for the fluid power industry, railroad maintenance equipment, and products for military vehicles, just to name a few.
