Hi-Tech was started in 1983 by Bill Kristensen Sr. His goal was to create a full service facility that could support customers from mold builds, molding, machining and all post molding/machining operations. The full service model is stronger than ever supporting commodity and specialty markets alike. Over the years, Hi-Tech has worked with a variety of customers to develop components and assemblies. Hi-Tech has developed expertise in advanced thermoplastic materials, tooling and the development of proprietary manufacturing processes for high-temperature molding, thus becoming a unique resource for cost-effective metal substitution. Hi-Tech started with Polaroid and continues to work with large, multinational customers. In doing so, Hi-Tech has leveraged tools and processes that have been shared by these customers to continue to improve our operation.

Founded in 1979 by Jim Ruch, a Mechanical Engineer, Hi-Tech Products is now the most advanced manufacturer of precision die-cut components. Hi-Tech Products operates multiple die cutting locations in the USA and Mexico to serve our global customers’ converting, assembly, and packaging needs. Hi-Tech products is a die cutting company providing converting services to the medical, electronic, automotive, aerospace, and military industries. All cleanroom die cutting and clean room converting services are performed in certified cleanrooms in FDA registered facilities.

Hi-Tech Turning Co Inc. was founded in 1991 by Paul Kottke, who established the company with the purchase of his first Okuma CNC Lathe. Throughout the next seven years, the company developed a strong customer base by manufacturing high quality parts and connectors for the defense and aircraft industries. In 1998, the company increased its capabilities with the purchase of a second Okuma. Paul expanded the company yet again in 2004 with the purchase of an Okuma with Live Tooling. With this purchase, Paul outgrew the space in his father's shop and moved Hi-Tech Turning Co Inc. into the 2,000 sq ft shop next door. With a growing identity and reputation in the machining industry, Paul, in 2007, added another Okuma Big Bore with Live Tooling to his repertoire of CNC machines. Throughout its years of operation, Hi-Tech Turning Co Inc. has placed a priority on training its employees to keep up to date with the latest machining technologies and quality standards. Our history and ideology has allowed us to provide quality service to the same customers for over 18 years, while enabling us to continually expand and meet the demanding needs of new customers. In early 2012, we moved to a new 6,000 sqft building and have added new state of the art CNC Machines to meet the growing demand of our services.

Hi-Temp Brazing has been specializing in aluminum dip brazing since 1973. We are one of a very select group of dip brazers who have Nadcap accreditation to perform this process for worldwide prime contractors and their suppliers. We make our living doing contract (job shop) dip brazing. Aluminum dip brazing accounts for over 95% of our business. The rest of our business consists of services such as torch brazing that we do to support our dip braze customers. We are an approved source for at least one division of every prime, and we have probably dip brazed something for every prime (with the possible exception of Rolls Royce). Our workload is about evenly split between commercial and military parts. We dip braze assemblies for many industries including medical assemblies such as x-ray housings and dialysis machines, avionics chassis, homeland security assemblies, aircraft antennas and supports, cockpit instrument housings and communications and wave guide assemblies. We completely renovated our 19,200 square feet building prior to relocating in 2007. Our business owned new facility allowed us to add more equipment and also gave us the opportunity to provide an air-conditioned environment for our employees. Our facility consists of four segregated areas that allow us to comply with NADCAP work environment requirements. The major shop areas include: Assembly, welding, heat treating, testing and inspection (10,000 sq. ft.) Brazing pre-heat ovens (1,800 sq Ft) Parts cleaning and dip braze salt baths (1,800 sq ft) Precision Sheet metal fabrication and machining facility (5,000 sq. ft.) All of our working areas are easily accessible by motion detection operated sliding glass doors. What we offer our customers is our knowledge of how to prepare assemblies for dip brazing, a modern dip braze facility to perform the various required tasks and our presence in assisting you from start to finish. High-Tech Coatings, Inc. is the full service coating job shop of Orange County. We are a full service, one-stop, custom coating shop offering superior service with a friendly attitude. We specialize in Powder Coatings, Exhaust Coatings, Dry Film Lubes, Urethanes, Abrasive Blasting, and Burn-Off Stripping. There is no job too big, or too small. We are here to get the job done how and when you want it. When we opened our doors in 1984, we looked at Orange County as the place to grow and provide a needed service for this community.
