Founded in 1977 J & J Machine has earned a reputation of excellence for machining exotic plastics and metals. Our commitment to solving the tough challenges of machining difficult materials to extremely tight tolerances allows J & J Machine to offer a vast amount of experience that most machine shops cannot. On October of 2010, J & J Machine moved into our current facility in Elk River, MN. Our 72,000 square foot facility allowed us the ability to add more equipment and provide new services to our client base. This facility also provides a 3,600 square foot class 1,000 clean room for assembly and packaging.

Established in 1985, we provide precision machining and welding of stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and other exotic metals. Located in San Luis Obispo, CA our focus is precision metal fabrication for the winery, food service and cryogenics industries and anything else requiring precision metal fabrication.

We ship millions of component parts directly to assembly lines in the U.S. and Mexico. Our 15,000 square foot facility, located in Deer Park, NY, houses 27 Esco Automatic coil-fed Screw machines, along with a skilled staff of dedicated Design Engineers, Quality Control Inspectors, and trained machinists. In addition, the company’s principals combine more than 60 years of field experience.

The employees of J & N Metal Products, LLC have over 50 years of combined aviation maintenance experience. The fabrication / production employees in the manufacturing area have over 140 years of combined experience.

Welcome to J&R Machining. Since 1991, J&R has been setup for both production and prototype machining. Whether its one, two or 1000 parts, we can scale to meet your requests. In addition to machining, we offer turn-key assembly production that includes plumbing, wiring and programming for new or ongoing product development. As a customer of J&R, you will have access to onstaff mechanical engineers, machinists and programmers to assist in making your project successful.
