JK Tool & Die, Inc. was founded in 1980 to design and manufacture precision, high-speed carbide progressive stamping tools & dies. In October 2013, Weiss-Aug Co., Inc purchased JK Tool & Die, the company’s name was changed to JK Tool, Inc. as an independent Weiss-Aug Affiliate. Significant investments have been and continue to be made into JK Tool’s infrastructure, capabilities, and capacities. JK Tool maintains our core focus on the Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Grooming of Progressive Stamping Tools while enhancing our Precision Machining and Custom Assembly capabilities. JK Tool Inc. is located in Apollo, PA, USA (30 miles Northeast of Pittsburgh, PA). We are situated on 5.5 acres with over 50,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and office space. Our infrastructure includes an on-site network server with remote backup and fire-walled drives to ensure our customer’s data is protected and secure. JK Tool’s shipping, receiving, and material handling capabilities can accommodate small trucks to trailer loads. Our manufacturing centers are apportioned by technology to facilitate efficient process flow.

J.K. Manufacturing is considered a "one stop machine shop" that specializes in roller fabrication, machining and emergency repair work. We work in a variety of materials, ranging from easy machining Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels to hard machining Tool Steels, and with nonferrous materials like Aluminum and Plastics. Our lifting capacity is 120,000 pounds. Using our own trucks, we provide customers with prompt service when a major breakdown occurs.
