All operations are supported by our "In-House" toolroom facilities. All products are produced quality-control product to ISO9001:2015 quality-control standards and all applicable Federal & Customer requirements, with fully traceable and permanent documentation. In July of 1999, JTV Manufacturing, Inc. began operations in the town of Sutherland, Iowa — a community which warmly welcomed it. The men who began the company had worked closely together for several years before deciding to form JTV and combine their expertise, strong work ethic, and high standards.

Over 65 Years of Precision Machining Excellence. Our history goes all the way back to 1954, when Elmer Jones established Juell Machine Company to supply precision machined parts to the growing Southern California aerospace industry. Elmer’s business was growing too when, in 1965, he hired Mike Starr as a part-time set-up machinist. Nine years later, Elmer retired and Mike bought the business. Juell Machine had five employees, several machine tools and two customers when Mike set out to shape the modern manufacturing powerhouse that is Juell Machine Company today.

JIT CNC Machining is a precision CNC machine shop established in 1996. We have a manufacturing location in Ocala, FL – known as JIT South. Our Florida facility opened February 2015 and our plant is 25,000 plus square feet and fully air-conditioned.
