K&H Precision Products, Inc. was established in 1985 as a Pattern Shop. Since its inception, we have expanded three times with one goal in mind: to satisfy our customers. From providing a superior quality part to on-time delivery with clear and open communication, we are here to please our customers and help them every step of the way. K&H Precision Products is a family-owned and operated American manufacturer offering complete production services. From complex design and pattern-making to prototyping and low-volume production, we provide a one-stop shop to bring your ideas to reality. Our recently expanded foundry and deflash departments, complete with a no-bake sand molding line and a plaster mold line, now operate in a 17,000 sq. ft. facility. Our Machine Shop, Quality Control, and Shipping departments span over an additional 20,000 sq. ft. bringing K&H Precision Products to 37,000 sq. ft. of streamlined production space. We pride ourselves in our cutting-edge aluminum casting capabilities and CNC machining technology, all operated by our skilled staff of 40 dedicated employees. Located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, we are an open-minded, innovative foundry and machine shop specializing in precision prototype and low-volume production of aluminum casting and CNC machined parts.

Our Mission K & S Machining, LLC strives to provide high quality machined products that exceed customer expectations. Our History K & S Machining, LLC was founded by its owners Cole Kregel and Sam Schmitt in January of 2018. We started by purchasing 2 CNC machines, one lathe and one mill, and installing them in our garages. By the middle of 2019 we acquired more manual machines and sawing equipment. In April of 2020, K & S Machining, started renting at the current location just west of Monona, IA and acquired 2 additional CNC machines, a bar feed lathe, and much larger vertical mill. We continued working part time for another year as the pandemic put a slow down on business. In April of 2021 we both took the ultimate risk and jumped into the business full time, working hard to source work and keep growing our customer base. 2021 was a great year of growth that included another lathe purchase, as well as other equipment additions and upgrades. We are grateful for our customers and everyone that supports our business as we continue to grow.

K2 Machine is a Minnesota based machining business specializing in custom CNC machining and tooling services. We take pride in offering quick turnaround for prototype parts and are equipped to handle a variety of repeat production runs. We can take your CAD file from design to programming to CNC machining and get it back in your hands within days not weeks or months. Bottom line is our parts work. We can reverse engineer most any part or tool to suit your needs. Using 3D surface machining for Rapid Prototype parts. We can utilize existing part processing to take your parts from pilot run to production run status. We can also arrange for pickup & delivery of your machining projects.
