Kent Machine, Inc. was established in 1980. Harold Kennedy and Zane Kennedy are co-owners in the corporation. Zane is the President and CEO of KMI. The vision of providing quality, service, fair pricing, and delivery have allowed KMI to steadily grow and expand the customer base. In recent years the company has focused on gauging systems with the medical orthopedics industry.

A skilled craftsperson who efficiently sets up and operates precision metal cutting and grinding machines such as lathes, milling machines, drills, and grinders. They fit and assemble parts to make or repair other machines, applying the knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, material properties, layout, and machining procedures. They also study specifications, such as blueprints, sketches, descriptions of parts to be manufactured or replaced, and check their work with precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers. We manufacture plastic injection molded parts across a wide array of industries from medical supplies, to automotive components, to consumer products, and many more. KER Custom Molders, Inc. has been in business since 1956 and has been producing plastic parts since the early 1970s. We have fifteen injection molding machines housed in our 25,000 square foot facility located in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. Welcome to Kercher Industries. Our company has been providing a wide variety of engineering, machining, fabricating, painting, electrical and assembly contract services since 1946. Over 100 machine tools and welders, including CNC machining centers, turning centers, and laser cutting machines are housed in our 75,000 square foot facility. Although much of the equipment at Kercher Industries, Inc. is capable of high volume production, many jobs involve small quantity, specialized applications, as well as repair and rebuilding work. Kercher Industries also manufactures the Lancaster Product line of superior material processing equipment.
