KMF Metals was established in January of 2001 by Mark Falvey and Greg Mendoza. With over 60 years in the metals industry between them, the partners recognized the need for a customer service oriented metal polishing and fabrication company. The company quickly outgrew its original 5,000 square foot facility on First and Becher in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2004 KMF moved into its present 40,000 square foot building in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

KMK was established in 1997. We have been in business for over 20 years and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and customer service to our customers. Our shop offers our customers a full line of metal fabrication needs. Our capabilities include sheet metal, wire and tube fabrication and powder coating. Our company is reducing our carbon footprint by installing solar in 2018. Currently our facility operates two shifts employing 45 employees. We offer our employees a full benefits package and we are a family owned company.

KML machining is located in the heart of Silicon Valley making it easier for our clients to consult and design with us either on-site or by email, according to their needs. This is, and has always been the responsibility and goal of our manufacturing team. The process starts with our Engineering Department. Backed by 30 years of experience, the tooling is developed to manufacture the product in the most cost-efficient manner. Next, our in-house Tooling Department builds all the tools needed. Our toolmakers with an average of 25 years experience enable us to create the tools quicker, at less expense, and of higher quality than our competitors. This is truly one of our major advantages! When the tooling is completed, it is inserted into one of our state-of-the-art production machines by our qualified toolmakers. The part is inspected by our Quality Control Department before, during, and after the production run, and again after plating, heat-treating, anodizing, or any other application the part requires.
