It was formed in 1992 with a split of American Technology Group, Inc., in 2001 it was renamed to LeMar LLC and registered in California, USA, and in 2013 LeMar LLC with acquisition of D and R Industries manufacturing plant became LeMar Industries Inc. The company carries out engineering projects and procurement of processing equipment and industrial plants. The company performs international projects. For years of its existence, the company has carried out more than 40 different international projects in Canada, the USA, Mexico, Russia, Kazakhstan, China, India, Georgia and others.

LENSON MACHINE INC. IS LOCATED IN A 9,000 SQUARE FOOT, CLIMATE CONTROLLED, MASONRY BUILDING SITED ON 2.5 ACRES IN EASTERN BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND. LENSON MACHINE INC. STARTED IN 1987 AS A SMALL, ONE ROOM, MANUAL MACHINE, TOOL AND DIE SHOP WITH ONE WIRE EDM. WE HAVE GROWN INTO A FULL SERVICE MANUFACTURING FACILITY THAT HAS 14 CNC MACHINES AND VARIOUS MANUAL MACHINES.

In 1975, Leonard Scholl established a machine shop in his backyard shed. By 1992, he expanded the business to offer a full complement of machining services in a 5,000 square foot facility in Carlsbad, California. In 2017, the third generation of family proudly took over operations and continue to honor his legacy by expanding capabilities and investing in new technologies.
