We offer a wide range of CNC machining, fabrication, and manufacturing. Located in Lynchburg TN, our shop is a family ran business and was created out of the need to support local automotive manufacturing facilities in their tool and die needs, We are also branching out into the aerospace and defense industry and looking forward to the challenges government contracting has to offer!

Lynn Welding has 16 NADCAP approved welders and 18 Nadcap approved resistance spot welding machines. We have an excellent reputation throughout the aerospace community, and we are known as the most responsive and transparent aerospace welding company. Lynn Welding has certified welding inspectors (CWI’s) on staff which is now becoming a requirement from various aerospace primes.

The mid 2000’s were a time when manufacturing jobs in the United States were being outsourced at an alarming rate and the economy was grinding to a halt. The Great Recession was upon us. Keeping a business prosperous in Northeast Florida was no small feat. Yet amongst this stagnation there stood a CNC machine shop in The Oldest City that continued to produce quality precision machining with an unmatched level of reliability. Lyons Machine Tool Company was founded in Long Island, New York by Jeremiah Lyons in 1965. The family and business moved to Saint Augustine, Florida in 1976 and ten years later Kevin Lyons partnered with his father, Jeremiah, and formed an S-Corporation. Kevin assumed full ownership upon Jeremiah’s retirement in 1990. Christine Lyons, Kevin’s wife, began working at the company in the 1990’s. In 2012, we achieved our goal of becoming AS9100 and ISO 9001 registered. For over 50 years, Lyons Machine Tool Company has maintained a stellar reputation providing precision turning and milling work for a multitude of industries including Aerospace and Oil and Gas. We are a family owned company serving the US and Canada for 45 years! Our owners, Henry and Barbara McCulloch, are committed to M&M Machine Works. They have owned and operated their machine shop at 900 Shelby Lane in Austin, Texas till 2018. In the fall of 2018, they moved their location to Maxwell, Texas. Henry still manages the shop while Barbara manages the office. Henry started working in machine shops in 1965. He began M&M Machine Works with the help of his wife in December of 1973. They started small with no employees and have since built the business to a staff of 8.

M&R Engineering is a one-stop-shop for high-precision machined metal and plastic parts. With over 48 years of machining experience, we have the expertise to tackle the most difficult technical challenges in CNC Lathe, CNC Swiss, CNC Mill and Multispindle Davenport machines.
