Magister Hydraulics is one of the leading hydraulic cylinder manufacturers in Europe with established presence in North America. Magna Machine & Tool Company Inc. opened its door for business on September 1, 1975 with owners Marion Shore and Richard (Dick) Culy. Previously, Shore was an owner of Muncie Tool and Die in Losantville, Indiana where Culy was the shop foreman. Muncie Tool and Die ceased operations in July, 1975 and Magna was formed. They hired their first full-time employee, Eugene Weaver, in the spring of 1976. Magna’s growth for the first twenty years was slow but steady. During this period, a strong and loyal customer base was established. In June 1990, Eugene Weaver and Mike Broyles became partners. 1995 was a big year for Magna. Marion, the founding father, retired, ISO 9001 Certification was achieved and Magna was one of the first five companies to be awarded the Indiana Business Modernization and Technology Award for quality and customer service. When Dick retired in 2000, he left Magna in the capable hands of Gene, Mike, and a great group of employees. In June of 2005, Eugene and Mike asked long-time employees Kirk Robbins, Bruce Schmidt, and Doug Hinshaw to become partners in Magna Machine & Tool. By doing this, it secured Magna’s future and longevity for both their employees and customers by establishing a knowledgeable, stable and long-term management team. In December 2011, Eugene and Mike both retired and Kirk Robbins, Bruce Schmidt, and Doug Hinshaw became owners of Magna Machine & Tool. Magna’s years of experience and old-fashioned belief in honest work guarantee that our customers’ needs are met. Magna Tool Inc. was formed in 1977 by Bob & Cindy Melton with the idea of building a world class aerospace manufacturing company that would produce quality machine parts and tooling for its growing list of customers.

Magnum Machine, Inc, established in 1995, is a precision machine shop specializing in turning. Working in a wide variety of industries, we manufacture contacts, pins, bodies, housings, boots, insulators, etc. We work with many different types of materials including beryllium copper, OHFC copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, kovar, boron, and teflon to name just a few. Over the years, Magnum Machine has developed a strong business relationship with several metal and plastic suppliers, plating companies, heat-treat facilities, and tool suppliers. We purchase in bulk in order to give us the ability to control costs. We try to keep up on changing economic conditions in order to be sure we have the materials on hand and available for our customers needs and expectations. We offer in-house heat treating when required. At Magnum Machine lot sizes vary from 1 to 10000 pieces with a normal lead time of 3 to 4 weeks. We also do larger quantities per customer request. Many of our customers have come to rely on Magnum Machine to turn around machined parts in small quantities complete with heat treating and plating if needed in a timely manner. We make every attempt to accommodate our customers needs. Requests for quotations are provided within a 24 hour period, and can be returned ASAP if requested. Magnum Sheet Metal Inc. is a family owned and operated business that was started in 1976 with the goals of providing quality custom sheet metal fabrication products. William Murphy Sr. started the business along with his son who was fresh out of Journeyman school. We serve Miami, Florida and all surrounding areas. We work with homeowners, business owners, interior decorators, designers along with kitchen and bath companies. We provide a one-year workmanship warranty which is limited to lack of maintenance and misuse. We fabricate sheet metal products and also provide shearing, forming, welding and metal rolling services. We belong to SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractor’s National Association) and FRSA (Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association, Inc). Mahnke Machine, Inc is a family owned and operated Brown & Sharpe machine shop. Located in Cadillac, MI and Established in 2004 by Michael Mahnke, a Brown & Sharpe machinist with over 18 years experience. We currently have 5 automatics with capacity up to 1-5/8" diameter to handle most small to medium runs. Our secondary and support equipment allow us to manufacture a wide variety of parts. As such, we specialize in an array of different types of parts and materials. Although we are not QS/ISO certified, we will supply any certifications and SPC documentation if requested ahead of time.
