Our advanced CNC machine tools can extend your tool life twice as long as would be possible using manually sharpened tools. With our advanced techniques, we are able to remove less metal during the sharpening process, extending the life of your tools. We also avoid thermal damage to your cutting head by using flood coolant while grinding. We can provide precision micro finishes for your tools and grind to exact tooth geometries to equalize chip load. We take pride in the quality of our work and in the service we provide. MCD Machine, Inc., founded in 2002 by Melinda and CJ Davis. Starting with two employees and a 900sq.ft. building, MCD Machine, Inc. now has about 15 full-time specialists occupying its new climate-controlled, 12,000sq.ft. facility which houses its fabrication and programming departments, inspection room and enclosed offices, located off of Highway 69 in Bloomington, Indiana.

MCF Industries started producing axle shafts for golf carts almost 30 year ago. Since then, we have been a contract manufacturer for Tier 1 suppliers to major golf cart manufacturers supplying over 200,000 shafts and related components per year. Over the years, we have continued to grow within the small, task-oriented vehicle market and have expanded to small tractor and construction equipment markets and well as various construction and industrial power transfer applications. We continue to invest in equipment and people to allow us to grow with our current customers and attract and onboard new customers.

We started out in 1996 in my garage in Elgin, IL. and have been growing ever since. That growth led to a larger facility in Addison IL. in the year 2000 and to a new facility in Schaumburg IL. in 2008. In 2013, we built our state of the art manufacturing facility. With the addition of high-end toolmakers and additional CNC Machines and equipment, it has been an exciting journey for the growing McGill family. McKees Rocks Forgings is a division within the Standard Forge Products Plant located in Mckees Rocks, Pennsylvania. The entire plant is staffed by 130 employees and produces forged axles and circular forgings. The circular forgings have been produced for over 100 years under various names but have been continuously produced as Mckees Rocks Forgings since the 1980’s. Our products have been utilized in many different applications throughout the world and we continue to modernize and expand our production capabilities to ensure we meet our customer’s needs.
