We consist of many different Specialties, such as close tolerance machining over a large span with new CNC Cad Cam supported machinery, process and machining of high heat treated material. we are capable of simple machining, complex machining and medium complexity machining. This highly regarded shop is also ISO 9001 and AS9100-D Certified. Morris Specializes in prototype to production machining from quantities of one piece to repeated orders. Here at Morris we strive to keep our A+ rating for quality and scheduled delivery to all our customers. Morton Manufacturing is a small, minority, woman-owned business located in Lancaster, California. Founded in 1967, Morton is the leading supplier of nickel-alloy bolts for gas-turbine aircraft engines, as well as aeroderivative gas-turbine engines for industrial use worldwide. Our modern facilities are supported by constant investment in high-capacity equipment, allowing us to produce large volumes of highly-toleranced standard parts, as well as special items for unique aerospace applications. Morton’s quality system is registered to AS9100, and we have NADCAP approvals for Heat Treatment, Material Testing, Non-Destructive Testing, and Chemical Processing. We also have DSQR and Special Process approvals from GE, Pratt & Whitney, and other aerospace customers. With flexible lead times, quick response, and large amounts of stock, Morton supports our OEM and Distributor customers with great service and a commitment to excellence.

Mossman Tebbs (Handling) Ltd was born from a Company called Verttos Ltd in 1989 when Peter Mossman, a Mechanical Design Engineer, joined forces with an Electronics Engineer called Martin Tebbs. This company designed and built various types of trolleys, the first of all in the Electronic production Industry was a DIP Tube trolley. This became very popular with through hole production at the time when the Industry was learning all about surface Mount Technology. This set the opportunity to be at the birth of this rapid, very exciting new technology and to able to design handling equipment as the demand dictated. Hence the SM Reel Racks soon became popular alongside the placement machines, followed by various types of Feeder Carts that could be kitted up ready for shift changes.

Motive Systems was started in 1981 by Randy Coons (pictured) as a custom welding and fabrication shop. Originally located in Martinez, CA, Motive Systems focused on specialized fabrication and assembly of premium road racing Go-Karts and Karting accessories. In 1986, Motive Systems relocated to the central coast by moving to Paso Robles, and has steadily grown ever since. In 2005, Motive Systems incorporated, and in 2006 moved into our present 12,000 square foot facility. Motive Systems has continuously grown each year, and continues to service several clients with excellent, direct service of precision CNC machining, custom weldments, and specialized welding. In 2005, Motive Systems acquired a WardJet z613 Abrasive CNC Waterjet machine and has started a shape cutting job shop department known as WaterjetCentral. Motive Systems currently has 13 employees.

Mountain Machine Works has been solving complex machining obstacles for satisfied customers since 1982. Founder Bruce R. Tisdale first started MMW as a small job machine shop based on his prowess for problem solving and extensive knowledge in the trade. The company has grown over the years, adding highly skilled engineers, machinists, managers and quality control staff, evolving the company into the modern, well-oiled, full-service operation it is today.

Like most great things, Mountain Machine started with a vision. Owner Steve Ortner began his career in the military, but eventually found his calling in CNC machining. Ortner commenced his CNC machining knowledge and skills with Roush and Kalitta Motorsports, then, with inspiration from his grandfather, Ortner founded Mountain Machine in 1999. He started with two machines operating out of his garage; almost two decades later, Mountain Machine now operates from a 35,000-square-foot manufacturing and development facility in Belleville, Michigan.
