Nelson Precision Drilling and Honing is an AS9100 / ISO9001 Certified manufacturing services company that specializes in deep hole drilling and honing. We have been in business since 1972 in Glastonbury CT. We operate out of a 13K sq. foot company owned building. Nelson Precision Drilling regularly does work for the aerospace & defense, large industrial, mold & die, power generation and medical industries. Nelson Precision Drilling can drill and bore holes from .064” up to 25” in diameter and up to 14 ft. in length in all material shapes and sizes. Nelson Precision Drilling can hone ; diameters to 20”, part lengths to 14 ft., diameter tolerances down to .0002” and surface finishes to 4 Ra. We have (23) drilling spindles, (5) flat work / knee table drilling spindles, (10) honing spindles and (3) lathes in production and on-site. Nelson Precision Drilling can deliver an entire job from raw material purchase, to inside / outside diameter installation, to final CNC machining. We have capacity to do large volume production runs and a willingness to do single piece prototypes and 1st article required parts.

Neosho Trompler Inc. is a machining company with a state-of-the-art facility in Hartland, WI. We specialize in, but are not limited to, hydraulic components and engineered parts for the OEM industry. With more than 65 machining centers in a 100,000 sq. ft. facility, we have the equipment to get your job done. The on-site quality lab features a DCC CMM and optical comparator, as well as a full complement of gages. Our team of engineers, machinists and quality techs will ensure that your parts are made the right way, every time. Our fully-staffed tool room builds the fixtures for our machining operations. In addition they are capable of product prototyping including complex 3-D machining. We can work with a wide variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic.
