Allfab Manufacturing Inc. was founded in 1978, located in Western Pennsylvania. We are a custom metal fabricator and precision laser cutting company. We currently service areas in Western Pennsylvania and parts of Ohio. Allfab began working with pottery companies assembling wiping sponges and ware holders via machining and welding. As the demand grew, the operation expanded to include additional equipment like weldors and chip making machines. Allfab provides automatic saw cutting and bending to help reduce our customer's lack log. As the increased request for bending and forming, an additional equipment was purchased. With machines on hand, fabrication has become a great asset to our loyal customers. Fabrication takes a great deal of knowledge and experience to produce a product the first time, as a consequence, working with stainless steel and other metals has become our forte. We work with, but not limited to, industries such as can making, bottle making, emergency automotive recovery vehicles to name a few. We felt we could do more for our customers with the acquisition of the precision laser cutting machine. With precision cutting, we know it will help our customers end product effeciency. With our fabrication experience, a one stop shop for all the metal needs is ideal: material, bending, cutting, welding and assembling all in one place. Thus, the freight cost is reduces. ALLFLAT Consulting has provided the material handling and construction industries with specialty concrete floor services for increasing profits and safety, and reducing maintenance costs since 1998. The company was founded in Encinitas, Southern California, by owner and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. David G Fudala, former FACE Construction Technologies Mechanical Engineer (1995-1998), who envisioned providing these industries with global services from the day he established his company. ALLFLAT has over 25 years of experience in the fields of material handling, profile products (profileograph) mechanical and electrical engineering design and manufacturing, concrete floor and VNA aisle grinding, construction engineering and design, concrete construction, construction education, construction forensics, construction expert witness and construction testing and inspection. Allgrind Plastics is a custom size reduction processor of non-hazardous dry materials such as plastics and similar materials. Allgrind has been servicing the plastics, chemicals, additives, and bulk dry materials industries since 1978 from its New Jersey plant. Allgrind provides a toll processing service for your materials. We offer grinding services but do not buy or sell materials or machinery.

Alliance Machine was formed in 2009 to serve the quick turn prototype and small lot production market. We are a family owned and operated business located in Merrimac Massachusetts. We use CNC technology to deliver accurate parts quickly to our customers including 4 axis Horizontal mills, vertical CNC mills both 3 and 4 axis and CNC turning. We use the latest CAD ( Solidworks ) and CAM ( Camworks ) to take our customer drawings and files and machine their parts directly from their models to ensure accuracy and repeat ability.
