Established in 1967, PAMCO Machine Works is located in a modern, well-equipped facility convenient to the Southern California freeway system, Pacific ports, Mexican border, and all major air, rail and motor freight facilities.

Panek Precision, a CNC machine shop, was established in 1945 by Chester Panek in a small facility in Chicago and has a record of consistent and steady growth. Under the leadership of our current President, Gregg Panek, we are still family-owned and operated. In April 2006 we moved into our 5th facility, a modern 106,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Northbrook, IL.

Now in the year 2014 we are equipped with 6 Injection moulding Machines and an entire tooling section to meet any type of machining need such as CAD, CAM, CNC, and EDM. Panther Engineering Inc is an AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 Certified company and modern CNC machine shop that help design, engineers, and manufactures various parts and assemblies, including tooling, dies and molds. We have the equipment and experience necessary to take your project from the initial design, build it and assemble it to your specifications. Panther Engineering Inc. offers skilled craftsmanship, specializing in 3, 4 and 5 axis precision CNC milling and CNC turning of all metals and plastics. Panther Engineering also extends its services to assist its customers’ in projects from start to finish.

Panther Precision Machine started business in 1998 as a 3-person machine shop with a fairly narrow focus. Since that time, Panther has experienced rapid growth and currently operates a 40-person shop. This growth has been achieved by providing exceptional service and value to our customers. Today, we have over 75 customers and operate out of a 58,000 sq ft fully air conditioned facility.

Par Manufacturing, Inc. was founded by Anthony Perretta in 1951 as a one-man service shop. Anthony Perretta was one of the first trained thread grinders from New Britain Machines. Later in 1956, he was joined by Salvatore DiMauro, Sr. and John Vasellina, Sr. as partners. John and Sal went on to purchase Perretta's interest in the firm in 1970 and became the sole owners. John Vasellina, Jr. and Kenneth DiMauro, sons of the two primary owners, joined the business in 1977 and ultimately assumed the operations as well as the ownership. In 1997, Kenneth DiMauro, along with Salvatore DiMauro, Jr. purchased John Jr.'s stake in the company and are currently the primary owners.

In this 170,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility, we are proud to house some of the finest equipment in North America. Paragon is an innovative leader in this industry with expertise in building Compression, Injection, Layup, and RTM Molds for the Plastics and Composites Industry. What started out as a one-person operation in Marin County, California, has grown into a dynamic machine shop occupying an 8,000 square foot building in Richmond, California. Paragon Machine Works manufactures and stocks a wide variety of bicycle frame building components in titanium, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We are a leader in bicycle frame building technology, constantly innovating and providing new products to meet the demands of the industry and the needs of the frame builders.
