Independence Precision Machining, LLC is a full service manufacturing facility located in Roseville, CA. Having over thirty years in the manufacturing industry gives us a wealth of knowledge and experience. From complex multi-axis machining, high precision turning to welded components, we have the expertise to perform your manufacturing and assembly needs. We have the ability to partner with your engineering staff to assist in solving your manufacturing related challenges, improving fit, form and function. We take pride in delivering the quality that our customers expect every time, on time. We are AS9100D certified and ISO 9001:2015 registered. Our temperature controlled inspection department provides the means to insure your parts meet your criteria. Inspection results and certificate of compliance are available upon request. Our core competency is machining complex, difficult material such as stainless steel and titanium. Independence Precision Machining, LLC utilizes the latest CNC technologies which includes 20'' by 40'' vertical milling capability and turning up to 30'' diameters. Our new Makino A61 Horizontal Machining Center allows us to machine at extremely high feedrates with full 4th axis capability and multiple pallets for production machining. Our CNC machines are driven by Gibbs cad cam software, which is compatible with most Engineering software and enables us to accurately and efficiently produce your parts. We have the knowledge and expertise to fabricate welded components, which are also certifiable to your specifications. PCR Technologies, Inc. has grown over 25 years from its beginnings as a printed circuit board CNC drilling and routing company. Today we specialize in the fabrication of circuit card assemblies: printed circuit boards laminated to heatsinks (heatsink to PC Board bonding) utilizing a variety of material combinations. We also supply customized adhesive performs cut to the proper form factor for heatsink to PC Board bonding, heatsink fabrication complete with plating, silk screen marking and hardware assembly. PCR Technologies is dedicated to satisfying your product needs by providing mission-critical turnaround on typical heatsink to PC board bonding (circuit card assemblies) applications. PCR Technologies continuously develops innovative and cost effective solutions to solve our clients' complex printed circuit board assembly problems. With our demonstrated ability to utilize exotic laminating materials, heatsinks and adhesive preforms with small cross sections and rigid tolerances, we hold circuit card assembly flatness to specifications far exceeding original drawing requirements. Our "Lean Manufacturing" approach and flat organizational structure enable us to supply products efficiently, attending and responding quickly to customer needs. Our unique fabrication processes allow us to meet tight tolerances while minimizing the use of hard tooling for the majority of fabrication operations. Modifications to the initial design thus can be quickly incorporated without a significant non-recurring cost impact.
