Polymer Technologies and Services Inc (PTS) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified thermoplastics resin compounder that has provided value added resins since August 2002. PTS was established in a 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Heath, Ohio with two employees and has grown to over 40 valued employees. Believing in the importance of quality, a fully equipped lab was built at the onset. By 2007 PTS achieved the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certificate. Our highly experienced, technical team works in a continually certified ISO 17025 lab. Continuous and conscientious improvement is part of our daily process. We continue to improve our testing and processing capabilities with the intention of providing consistent quality products to our customers. In January 2011, PTS opened an additional 80,000 sq. ft. recycling facility in Hebron, Ohio – more than doubling the processing and warehousing space. We have set a high standard, challenging ourselves to an exhaustive product development process, to produce quality products. Both pre- and post-blending are utilized to achieve a uniform product. Our pre- and post-production blending capabilities range from 4,000 lb. to 20,000 lb. lots. This allows us to maintain product consistency and quality throughout an entire truckload shipment. PTS has the technical capability to produce “tailor-made products” that meet the specific needs of a customer. Realizing that customer applications may vary, our technical team consults with the customer’s design engineers. Product is then developed to meet the required specifications of the customer. All product is shipped via bulk truck or by rail car in three-ply, octagonal Gaylord boxes. A product certification, a packing slip, and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) accompany all shipments. Additionally PTS provides various tolling services. Utilizing a well established tracking system, customer material is tracked and kept segregated during the entire process. Mass balance on shipments as well as current customer property on hand is kept and provided to the customer upon request within 72 hours. From the manpower in our offices and warehouses, to the technology of electronic transactions, to the technical and scientific aspects of quality control and product assurance, PTS is dedicated to satisfying every customer and supplier. It has been through hard work and dedication that we have grown into an organization that enjoys many solid relationships with other businesses and companies in the vast world of plastics and plastics recycling.

Pompano Precision Products has been in business since 1969. From our early days of supplying screw machine parts produced on cam operated machines, we have evolved into a state of the art ISO 9001:2015 Certified CNC precision machining and assembly operation. In 2005 we moved into our current facility, a 14,000 SF building located in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Originally opened in 1998 as 'Poole Sheet Metal & Welding' in a small garage, we quickly grew to become a Better Business Bureau accredited business! Now located in beautiful Brentwood, NH, "Poole Sheet Metal" combined with "Brentwood Mechanical Technologies" to create "Poole Metal Fabrication". Now both a machine shop and a sheet metal fabrication shop, Poole Metal Fabrication continues to grow its customer base and appreciation.

Porite Jefferson Corporation is a division of the Porite Taiwan Corporation. The facility is located in Jefferson City, Missouri has been in business since 2002. Even though we are a fairly young division of the Porite Taiwan Corporation, we have access to a vast network of experienced individuals that gives us the ability to manufacture even the most complex PM parts. Porite Jefferson Corporation currently produces bushings, bearings, gears, spacers, and structural components for the automotive, industrial, agricultural, and consumer products industry. Our largest growth area has been performing secondary machining of our parts. We have several lathes and a mill with the ability to machine many feature on the part that can not be made during compaction. Our corporate headquarters is located in Japan with ten other manufacturing plants located in Asia. The rest of the Porite Group produces parts for the automotive, motorcycle, agricultural, micro bearing, and consumer products industry. Porite Group also has the following processes: MIM (Metal Injection Molding), Warm Compaction, Sinter Brazing, Heat Treatment, Steam Treatment, along with final machining and grinding.
