PFI is specialized in all phases of custom plastic components for more than 27 years. Unlike other manufacturers, our bellows are fully CNC machined from solid materials to create a flexible member. This gives our plastic bellow tubing exceptional strength, flexibility, and longer life.

Dan Kloss founded Kloss Engineering in 1987 after 15 years as Chief Engineer for major forging and machining companies. With just 2 manual machines, we built our base of loyal customers and manufactured precision tooling, dies, and molds. With an eye for innovation and a commitment to the highest quality, what began as a consulting engineering project turned into the leading name for precision manufacturing in the Los Angeles area. Manufacturing Process Our manufacturing processes are designed to obtain the highest quality possible while still having the flexibility to accommodate rapid changes as required by our customer. For example, some of the prototype and quick turn components we manufacture may have many engineering revisions requested by our customer. We can change our process quickly to accommodate these changes. on the other hand some components must have a rigid manufacturing process so that there is no deviation in the end product. Precision Grinding has been in business for over 20 years. Our surface grinding facility was established in 1993 and offers a variety of services.
