Pro-Tech Metal Specialties started as a family business over 30 years ago by Joe Tummillo, a class “A” tool & die maker by trade. Since then the business has grown it into a world-class, 40,000 square foot manufacturing company that continues to grow into its second generation.

Prodex, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that was founded by Earl H. Hellerman, Sr. in 1960. We are one of the top leading metal fabricators across Pennsylvania specializing in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum fabrications. Our company was originally based out of Perkasie, PA and operated as a sole proprietorship until August 10, 1966 when it was incorporated as “Prodex, Inc.”. During our company’s beginning stages, we dealt solely in the fabrication of structural steel such as stairs, ladders, handrails, etc. Then in the early 1970’s, we increased our platform to include the design and fabrication of custom metal products. In 1976, our company expanded our workforce and we moved to a newer facility in Quakertown, PA. Over the next several years, we began fabricating massive tanks and large structural steel projects, but were limited to the amount of jobs we could handle due to our small-scale business. Once again, our company decided to relocate to a larger facility in order to keep up with customers' demands. In 1993, we purchased our second facility in Red Hill, PA and our Quakertown location was dedicated solely to manufacturing Dynatherm™ boilers. With our new 25,000 square foot facility, we were able to fabricate even larger projects and focused mainly on industrial platforms, mezzanines, catwalks, storage tanks, sediment tanks, mixing tanks, containers, hoppers, conveyors and much more! Because of our proven reputation, we're still providing Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas with our quality metal fabrication to this day!

Production Grinding & Machining, out of Brodhead, WI, was founded in 1997. PG&M is a steel fabrication and welding company, that specializes in custom works of art. We design and produce high-quality, durable items such as: benches, railings, fire rings and ornamental items. We create industrial and personal signage, for drive-ways or business entrances. Our designs are a combination of our templates and your original design concepts. We can add a logo or image of your choice as well as a personalized message or name to any piece. PG&M creates items for all occasions, from memorials to corporate promotions. These items are created to be either free-standing or permanent, and easy to install. Depending on the location, PG&M is willing to assist with the installation, if needed. PG&M also creates customs parts for machinery, trailers, hay wagons and any other need you might have.
