R.W. Hartnett’s reputation for excellence was noted by New York’s FORD GUM company in 1945 and they tasked our team with developing a machine that would print on their line of gumballs. The project was a groundbreaking success. Shortly thereafter, R.W. Hartnett was asked by Philadelphia-based Smith-Kline to design and build the first printing machine capable of printing on a pharmaceutical product. This undertaking was again successful and it was then that R.W. Hartnett began to focus its talent and energy on developing the best machines in the world to impact both the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and confectionery industries. Rable Machine is a 100% employee-owned precision machining company that is centrally-located in Mansfield, OH with more than 90 machining professionals, more than 200 pieces of equipment and 82,000 square feet of production capacity. Radax Industries was founded by Rocco Sacco in 1967. He purchased 3 davenport screw machines and rented a barn in rural upstate New York. In the early days Rocco didn’t have a telephone or a desk to conduct business so he would walk across the street and use the phone at the local bar. From that small beginning Radax has grown into a 50,000 square foot facility in Webster NY. Radax Industries manufacturers standard and special fastener products including but not limited to Socket Set Screws, Dowel Pins, custom fasteners and dowel pins as well as Swiss CNC machined products. We serve foreign and domestic customers and strive for complete customer satisfaction in all that we do. Our continuous improvement has afforded us ISO 9001:2015 certification since June 14, 2013.

Rafferty Machine & Tool began as a 1,200 sq. ft., one-man operation in 1972. Over the decades, we have grown into a 10,000 sq. ft., climate-controlled, fully equipped machine job shop. However, we remain family owned operated and as passionate about providing quality products as when we began.
