Riley Gear Corporation, based in St. Augustine, Florida, can execute to the highest gear precision standards set by the American Gear Manufacturers Association. Our facilities are capable of producing gears .25 to 40 inches in pitch diameter to AGMA Class Q15 or DIN 2 specifications via a full complement of state-of-the-art custom gear manufacturing assets, including Reishauer, KAPP, and Samputensili. Our strict quality control procedures ensure that all of our work adheres to the highest standards. Riley Gear’s manufacturing capabilities include the machining of gear blanks, hobbing, shaping and broaching of internal and external gears, precision grinding of internal and external gear teeth, as well as the grinding of inside and outside diameters and gear faces.

Rimeco Products, Inc. is a family owned CNC Machine Shop located outside of Cleveland, Ohio. Cleveland is known for manufacturing, with a lot of large OEM’s located in and around the city. Rimeco’s proximity to Cleveland gives us access to an entire network of NADCAP certified special processers, excellent trade schools that specialize in CNC Machining and manufacturing and close proximity to material suppliers. These resources along with our internal process development and continual improvement have allowed us to become world class suppliers of CNC Machined Aerospace Components for Air and Fluid Conveyance Tubing systems.

I want to begin by thanking you for visiting our page and your interest in our company. I hope that you will take some time to look around and learn more about our company. I also encourage you to follow us on our various social media platforms. To give you a little background on me, I started working here at RMT in the summer of 2010. During the post-recession period, summer jobs were hard to come by and my Grandpa Quent offered me a full-time job so it worked out well! After a long summer of emptying trash, cleaning, basic drill press operations, packing, etc., I didn't really have any interest to keep working in the shop. I completed my senior year of high school and graduated from Clymer Central in 2011. I went back to work in the shop that summer (again primarily because there were not a whole lot of other options) and I began to get more opportunities to see what machining and manufacturing were about. I started out running one of our CNC Lathes that had an indexing chuck. Being able to take a casting and make a valve body in one operation and then see it in operation really was a game changer for me. I began to fall in love with the business and had an eagerness to learn all that I could. In 2012, our Operation Manager retired, and my grandfather promoted me to the position. To be honest there was a lot of “baptism by fire” involved but as I began to settle in, I knew that this is what I wanted to for the rest of my life. In 2015, I took the plunge and purchased the company from my grandfather. Work suddenly became a lot more stressful. Thankfully my grandfather (and parents) had instilled a trust in God in me and that trust got me through the worst year in company history in 2016. Thankfully we bounced back in 2017 and we look forward to continued growth going forward. We would be honored to have you along for that growth. I am blessed to be part of a company that has a core group of employees that has knowledge and experience to help achieve and exceed our company goals. The average experience per employee of Ripley Machine is 15 years. This longevity allows us to serve our customers in ways that other shops are unable to. Our employees are constantly coming to me with ways that we can improve our operations. We use these suggestions to improve our operations to better serve our customers. It’s a great joy to be part of this operation. One of my favorite parts of the job is interacting with our customers. I visit most of our customers on a regular basis to help determine how we can better serve them. With the miles that often separate us this can be a time consuming and costly task however, the information gained during these visits will always make the trips worthwhile. I love face to face interactions with our customers because it often addresses issues and improvements that slip through the cracks of email and telephone interactions. I also love to see where our finished products end up as that just furthers my love for manufacturing. I also provide each of our customers with my personal cell phone number and encourage they call me any time to help address their issues! Ripley Machine is truly focused on satisfying our customers!

Rite-On Screw Products, Inc. was established in 1974 in the city of Irwindale, California. Located in sunny southern California about 20 minutes east of Los Angeles and accessible via the major 10, 210 and 605 freeways. Throughout the years Rite-On has developed strong relations with customers from various industries in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand, Japan, and Australia. We have also established a reliable source of contacts for materials and special processes to insure we can execute our customers requirements with efficiency. Equipped with equipment for low to high volume production of simple to complex parts, with 37 years experience and a quality control system.
