At Rochester Manufacturing, we look for customers with niche products so that we can develop a relationship serving their unique needs. One of our customers in the film industry rebuilds professional movie cameras. These often ancient cameras require precise components to guarantee smooth operation without vibration or noise. Many of the parts needed to restore them are no longer available. With reverse engineering, Rochester Manufacturing made drawings from the worn parts and manufactured new ones to meet the exacting requirements of these still treasured machines. Rochester Manufacturing was established in 1979 and is located 40 miles west and south of Cleveland in Wellington, OH. Our 12,000 sq. ft. CNC job shop and 2,500 sq. ft. office area combined with our apprenticeship-trained journeymen machinists provide our customers with an excellent complement of machines and well-qualified personnel. Rochester Manufacturing is a member of the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA) and is ISO 9001 compliant.

Rock Valley Tool, LLC is a family owned machining facility located in Easthampton, Massachusetts. The company was founded in the late 1950’s by William Ploran Sr.. Bill and his son ran the company primarily servicing the plastic extrusion blow-molding industry. Since his departure, Rock Valley Tool has expanded into several other industries including, but not limited to commercial/industrial, medical, firearms, aerospace; all while continuing to serve several customers in the plastics industry. The company is now owned by Elizabeth and Jason Paquette. Jason has been a proud employee of Rock Valley Tool since 2000, and when the chance arose for him and his partner to purchase the company, they jumped at the opportunity. In December 2013, they made it official, and acquired Rock Valley Tool, LLC.
