S&H established roots in Burbank, California in 1960. From humble beginnings we have steadily built our reputation for Manufacturing Excellence.

For 63 years, S&H Machine has helped our customers increase profitability by reducing the cost of quality and by providing reliable solutions to their complex machining and sub-assembly requirements.

In October of 1990, S & J Precision was formed by Steve and Sheila Wallace in a two car garage, with a very cramped beginning. After just one year, the company had outgrown its modest quarters and had to make the move to a bigger facility. Although it was only 2,000 square feet, it was a big improvement. Between May of 1992 and January 1995, Steve and Sheila were involved in the acquisition of another machine shop in partnership with a third party. On January 1, 1995, the decision was made to sell their stock in the second machine shop so that they could focus all of their energies on S & J Precision. During that next year, S & J grew dramatically from five to fifteen employees and in May of 1996, the company moved into an expansive new 16,000 sq. ft. facility. In 2004 we added additional 9,000 square feet to our facility, followed by addition building purchase in 2006 of 9,000 square feet. In 2015, with S & J Precision continual growth we expanded our operations into a newly designed 50,000 square foot facility that allows us to offer our clients even wider range of services including, full scale machining, complete automation, light and heavy welding services, metal fabrication, laser cutting, injection molding, engineering services and much more.Thanks to a dedicated team of knowledgeable professionals, the latest technology to meet the needs of the future and a consistent focus on quality and service, we anticipate continued growth for years to come. S & L Machine Logics Inc. is located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Our strength lies in providing complete customer satisfaction through our employees’ commitment to quality, efficiency, and adaptability. Our senior machining technicians and craftsmen have gained their extensive knowledge by working with most of the large, medium, and small quartz and ceramic companies in Silicon Valley. To compliment this further, we provide apprentice programs for new hires so they can quickly gain the key elements necessary to process each component on a variety of machines and operations. S & L Machine Logics’s providing prototype and short to medium run production machining requirements for sophisticated applications is our specialty. We provide design review and consulting aimed at ensuring the configuration is suitable for prototype manufacturing through high volume manufacturing processes and all steps in between.
