Santucci Process Development is a unique machine shop whose capabilities span from design, development and prototyping, to general machining with short/medium production capabilities. We often take a customer’s concept from design to completion, working closely with them to meet all their needed parameters. We also can assist in maintenance or repair of your machinery, always attempting to add a twist of improvement to performance. We utilize SolidWorks for modeling, documentation, and our working drawings for the shop. This diverse mission has given us 35 years of experience to draw from, to implement into current customers needs. Many shops can produce parts from a drawing, we operate as an extension of your in-house engineering capabilities when needed. We provide general machining services of course, but our encompassing attention to detail often results in catching drawing or design flaws that benefit our customer. We don’t just work for you…. we work with you!

We are committed to creating a seamless process for our clients from start to finish. Our engineering, fabrication and project development teams work hand in hand with our clients from the initial design concept to completion. For each and every project, detailed renderings, custom finish samples and regular progress updates are provided. We also manufacture and source all materials as needed and are able to match designer control samples when requested. Our products are manufactured domestically at our facility in Orange County, California to ensure shorter lead times and better quality control all while staying within the project economic requirements.

At Saracione's we are constantly trying to improve our products and services. Since we are a small manufacturer dedicated to producing only the finest quality reels humanly possible, we are limiting our production to concentrate entirely on quality, not quantity. Established in 1980 we now have access to over 60,000 square feet of high tech manufacturing and injection molding, in two climate controlled plants. Throughout the years SPE has continuously invested into upgrading our engineering and tooling capabilities, which has resulted in our customers recognizing the extreme precision we apply to making new molds or fixing damaged molds, including the most complex texturing applications. Our Indiana plant with equipment like multiple 10,20,or 30 ton cranes, largest 6'x9' EDM tank, a fleet of custom built Trucks, and the ability to lift and repair complex textured molds over 100,000lbs., is a virtual heavy mold emergency room, meeting the needs of major automotive clients in just a matter of hours. Our Florida plant, with 30+ years of engineering experience and access to the latest CAD, CNC, and EDM technology, can design and develop the most precise and productive molds. In addition to building molds, we also have a large variety of Injection Mold machines ranging from 28-390 tons, capable of meeting the needs of small and large corporate customers. Our Medical Division is built around a high tech Clean Room capable of full injection mold production, including LSR (Liquid Silicon Rubber) injection molding. With an ISO 13485 Certification, and operating under ISO 14644 Class 6,7, and 8 standards, we can meet the needs of customers looking for short or long production runs. The Medical Division through our advanced in-house Engineering department, also offers a complete Product Prototype development process, for new innovative Medical Packaging, Devices, or Implants. Using our proprietary APEM System, we have established a process which constantly evaluates the relationship and changes within raw material cost, production cycle, and mold design and engineering, resulting in designs that achieve maximum profit margins for our customers.

Sargent Irrigation Company was founded in 1937 and in 1975 they added a division called Sargent Pipe Company. This division was created due to the insufficient supply of turbine pumps. The company was founded by Larry Whitesel and Wayne “Pete” Kaps. Today the company is owned by the Whitesel family and the current president is Mike Whitesel. In 1975 Sargent Pipe Company’s main objective was to engineer a highly efficient, dependable turbine pump. Engineering and technical people were hired to begin development of the Sargent turbine pump. Sophisticated custom machines were designed and developed to produce the turbine pumps and related products. By the spring of 1977, the completed Sargent pump was being manufactured and shipped from the Sargent Pipe plant at Broken Bow, NE. Today Sargent Pipe Company continues to produce a number of reliable turbine pumps and have also expanded into many other areas of manufacturing. We manufacture drilling rigs, pump hoists, drilling support equipment, and pump installation equipment. We have also expanded our services in pipe perforation ranging from 4” to 20”, 2dimensional and 3 dimensional design, custom CNC machine work, and custom fabrication work.
