Siesco Valley was founded in 1983 as a quality supplier of screw machine, milled, and assembled parts for industries in the greater St. Louis Area. We now supply parts throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Important Events. In both 1986 and 1988, we expanded our plant. In 1988, we became Siesco Valley Screw Products, Inc. In May of 1995, we moved into our new 17,500 square foot facility. Our growth has been due to the quality people we have been able to hire. Intensive training has led to an increased pride of workmanship by each employee which in turn leads to greater customer satisfaction. We are now able to serve our customers with screw machine products up to 1-5/8" diameter in quantitites of 1 to 3,000,000 with each part meeting our standard of excellence.

SIGCO is the preeminent architectural glass and metal fabricator and distributor in New England. Since our inception in 1986, SIGCO has grown and changed over the decades, expanding into new product areas and territories, while maintaining a cutting edge manufacturing facility. Sigler Machine Company is a family owned and operated business. It was founded in 1976, with a few lathes, a drill press and milling machine, in a barn in Princeton, MA. The first emphasis was on the wire industry which was prevalent in Worcester County. Sigler Machine went from part repair, to machine rebuild, to building new wire machinery. In the year 1976, the owner Larry Sigler even made a cannon for our country’s Bicentennial! As Sigler Machine grew, Larry and Sue Sigler knew they had to grow with the times. They rented a building in the Princeton Business Park, which was formerly an Antique Auto Museum. They added grinders, saws, more lathes and milling machines. They also expanded their customer base to all types of small companies and large companies. They continued to make parts for the wire industry and also machine building industries, medical, computer, and automotive industries. In 1982, Larry even converted his motorcycle into a three wheeled sports car called the Sigler Cycle Car. With Larry’s engineering expertise, customers would also rely on him for research and development projects and new prototypes. In 1988 Sigler Machine Company purchased the first of many Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. By the time they outgrew their facilities in Princeton, they had occupied three buildings, grew to a dozen employees and over one hundred customers. With the growing economy of the 1990’s, Larry and Sue were able to purchase property in their current location, 3 Northeast Blvd, Sterling, MA. and build a machine company to meet their present demands and future expectations. They constructed 7500 sq ft of space with a 10 ton overhead bay crane in order to machine larger work. They purchased several horizontal boring machines, one of which is also CNC, can handle parts 12’x 12’ x 12’, and made parts for the International Space Station. Because Sigler Machine can handle larger parts and weldments than most machine shops, yet keep the capacity to machine precise small parts, they have continued to grow. Today they are a progressive machine company with, not only, CNC horizontal boring mills and CNC milling machines, but CNC lathes, CNC Vertical Turret lathe, large saws and precise inspection and measuring equipment. They build machine parts for every industry imaginable and employ the most experienced machinists. Though they have grown in capacity, they are still a family business that keeps a very personal touch with its employees, customers and suppliers. They hope they can be of service to you!

Signal Machine Company was founded in 1985 and is located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We specialize in precision machined parts and tool and die work. SMC has both CNC and manual machines to meet our customer’s needs. We value service and quality and always strive to exceed our customer’s expectations. With over 30 years of experience and high-quality machining centers SMC is able to produce even the most complex parts.

In 1973, Robert Robinson and Bill Parkinson, with over 40 years combined experience in the Steel Service Center Industry, founded Signal Metal Industries, Inc. in a single 40,000 SQFT building on five acres, with the goal of becoming the best steel plate flame-cutting company in the DFW Metroplex. In very short order, serving primarily the Oilfield, Construction, and Machinery industries, this goal became reality, and Signal soon outgrew its Irving, Texas facility. The 1978 acquisition of additional acreage just south of downtown Dallas, allowed Signal to increase inventory, add additional machines, and move flame-cutting operations to the new plant. Soon thereafter, Mr. Robinson became sole owner of Signal, and in order to diversify the business to make it less susceptible to the boom/bust cycle typical of the oil industry, began providing conventional machining services in addition to a new line of USA made steel plate flanges. In just a few years, more capabilities were added, including rolling, forming, and welding. These additions paved the way to Signal becoming what it is at present, but the real turning point was receiving the first order for a 150 Ton Hot Metal Ladle and the construction of a new “high-bay” facility in which to fabricate, stress relieve and machine it. This 1990 expansion was just the beginning of a steady growth in capabilities and diversification. A 1995 addition included 26 new fabrication bays serviced by over 100 Tons of lifting capacity, allowing us to accept orders for multiple large fabrications at once. Following a seamless transfer of ownership to the second generation of the Robinson family in 2000, additions in the new millennium have included a building allowing more mid-size fabrication bays, a new machine shop outfitted with various types and sizes CNC machine tools, and most recently, state of the art sandblast and painting facilities. All told, we now have over 120,000 square feet of manufacturing space on 20 acres, with an inventory of 3000 tons of plate and structural steel. These facilities and inventory allow us to meet almost any heavy steel fabrication and machining need, and to do so economically, even when faced with aggressive delivery schedules. New facilities and technologically advanced machinery are, however, only part of the story. As we have grown and become more diversified, and as the requirements of our industry have become more stringent, we have been ahead of the curve with regard to both quality and safety. Our recently added credentials include, Joint Certification Program (JCP) and System for Award Management (SAM), CAGE 7PSZ2. Our ability to continously expand our offerings is a testament to the hard working, smart, and dedicated employees who work here. Their efforts have been the true force behind Signal becoming the company it is today.

We are equipped with a wide variety of modern CNC machines including palletized horizontals and large bridge type verticals. We feature the latest in 3d programming software and can import most forms of solid models. Our full service CNC machine shop has experience machining a wide range of materials including but not limited to Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Iron, and Plastics. Additionally, our fully equipped inspection department centered around a Sheffield DCC CMM allows us to maintain accurate, consistent quality.
