We currently offer comprehensive services: from the development of new products and manufacturing of components to the delivery of projects on the time and manner agreed, thus creating a close relationship between our customers and our plant personnel. Our facility is located in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. We have three adjacent buildings totaling more than 63,825 square feet of production area.

Specialty Steel Supply is one of the largest distributors of austenitic, precipitation hardened, duplex and martensitic stainless steel round bar as well as various nickels. Due to our on-site waterjets, centerless grinders, hydraulic press straighteners and other equipment we are able to create custom pump shafts and other custom products with a quick turnaround.

Piero Casadio, founder and president of Specialty Surface Grinding, began his manufacturing career in Florence - Rifredi, Italy, in 1943 at age fourteen. After working in the same grinding factory in Italy for nineteen years, Piero and his wife, Ione, came to the USA looking for opportunity and a new beginning. They found it in Los Angeles, California, where Piero started work at Blanchard Masters as an operator. Five years later, when Piero left the company to start his own business, Blanchard Masters had grown five-fold in size due, in large part, to Piero’s skill and dedication.
