At TMF we provide State of the Art CNC Production equipment capable of handling short runs and production. We specialize in designing & building to customers' needs, with capabilities such as 3-axis & 4 axis vertical milling, short run production, welding of machine frames and small weldments. Additional services include research and development, prototypes, models, contract manufacturing for short-run specialized products. We machine all types of materials including steel, aluminum, and plastics. Modeling Software includes SolidWorks, and CAM Software including FeatureCam with Feature Recognition.

TMH began as a two man shop while working nights to get the company off the ground. By establishing strong business relationships, quality products and a reliable service, TMH began to grow. Within a year the two man shop became a four man shop and before long the four man shop became a six man shop. Now in 2021, TMH Machining & Welding, Corp. is a machine shop consisting of 12 machinists specializing in various backgrounds.

Our founder, Michael J. Myhal, Sr., brought 20 years of rubber industry experience with him when he established TMI in 1984. Having worked in molding, compounding, and as a design engineer of specialty rubber hoses and couplings with a leading manufacturer, he had a solid foundation to build the new company on. His son, Michael J. Myhal, Jr., was one of his first employees, eventually becoming TMI’s President in 1995. Consistently delivering the highest-precision components in a vast variety of materials for industries such as aerospace, transportation, medicine and electronics led to steady growth for TMI. In 2000, the company moved to a larger facility, centrally located between Cleveland and Pittsburgh – an area brimming with rubber industry expertise and technological advancement. Another expansion in 2006 added an additional 10,000 sq. ft. to our manufacturing area. Today, TMI continues to innovate with the kind of attention to detail that ensures your custom rubber components work right and deliver every time.
