Turner Bellows, Inc. is a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise as well as a HubZone certified business, which was established in 1935 and has been under current ownership since 1971. Our executive offices and 120,000 square feet of manufacturing space are located in the city of Rochester, New York, within the city’s Economic Development Zone. Turner Bellows was established as a manufacturer of components for the photographic and automotive equipment industry. Our customers have included Kodak, Xerox, Polaroid and General Motors. Since then, we have diversified into many other areas. We are now focused as a single source manufacturing company specializing in non-metallic die cutting, packaging, as well as assembly and fabrication of mechanical and electro-mechanical components. Our customers include major international corporations in the automotive, government, food handling, and construction industries. Blending their backgrounds from the engineering and machining disciplines, they soon built a reputation for innovation and dependability among their small but happy customer base. Though the partners left after a short time, Mark and Kris worked hard to maintain the level of excellence and customer satisfaction that has always been our goal. Scott Maurer joined the team in 1984 as the lead man in the milling department. To this day, he is a valued, dedicated employee with a wealth of experience as a machinist in prototyping and milling. For twenty years, these three were the driving force behind our success and continued growth in the Minnesota manufacturing community. In early 2007, Turning underwent its biggest change to date. Mark was ready to retire from the day-to-day obligations of running the business, and Kris stepped up to the plate and took the helm as company President. With Scott remaining in his position as milling department head , this sea change left us with an even greater commitment to teamwork and customer service.

TLS is known for providing quality machined parts, done right the first time. Our Quality Control and Inspection Department is a huge factor in our overall consistency and accuracy with our parts. We are capable of measuring tolerances to +/-.00005 using our full range of inspection equipment.
