Arc Precision is an ISO 13485 Quality Management System certified certified precision machining supplier, located in the Minneapolis, MN area. It is a lean and flexible operation with services ranging from design assistance through logistics. The company’s sweet spot is in components and assemblies for medical devices, instruments, and implants. It has an applications focus in orthopaedic, spine, vascular, neurological, cardiac, and endoscopic components. Arc Precision offers a wide range of CNC Machining services including precision CNC milling (5-axis machining of complex 3D parts), swiss screw machining, turning, and wire EDM. Materials handled include but are not limited to Stainless Steel (17-4PH, 303, 304, 316), Titanium, Nitinol, Platinum, and Plastics (PEEK, Ultem®, Radel®, Polysulfone). Additional operations include plating, finishing, and coating. The Arc Precision team collaborates with customers on both precision prototypes and high-volume production manufacturing with on-schedule supply using the Factory Physics® framework to ensure uninterrupted availability.
