In May 1970, Virginia and Guy Johns purchased several manual machines and founded Upland Fab in a 2,500-square-foot building in Upland, California. From these humble beginnings, Upland Fab has grown into 12,000-square-feet of modern manufacturing space with twenty five employees. Using the latest CNC equipment, Upland Fab produces complex precision plastic components and assemblies for a wide range of industries. Upland Fab has been a family-owned business for three generations. Patsy Sapra, Guy and Virginia's daughter, joined the company in 1983 and ushered in the computer age at Upland Fab with the purchase of the first CNC machines in 1985. Patsy's son, Paul Sapra, joined the company in 1998 after earning an engineering degree. Paul is currently the CEO with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company.

Upstream Engineering was founded in 2002 with a plan on delivering value added engineering services. Led by working principals Ronnie Smith and Don Ybarra Upstream has been able to provide customers service throughout the entire project cycle. Our project delivery methods utilize proven principles based on fit for purpose designs that reduce timing to first production.

US Tower Corporation was originally formed from the purchase of Tristao Tower in 1985, which invented and developed the telescoping tower nearly 85 years ago. Our current product line includes telescoping tubular masts, self-supporting and telescoping lattice towers (standard and custom), mobile tower units, custom-built structures as well as a full line of accessories to accommodate antenna and feed line support. Our stationary towers include our telescoping tubular towers with a variety of options: standard, self-supporting and rotating. USA Precision Machining is a moderate sized job shop oriented company. We as a group, are extremely well versed, and competent in the manufacture of new or rebuilt oilfield and petrochemical component parts. We are also experienced in Proto-Type, Research and Development and any other project that may require interaction with an engineering group. We are aware our customers needs for quality component parts, produced in a timely manner, dictate that we be able to react quickly to any needs which may arise. We are also aware that in order to satisfy our customers needs, our scrap rates must be kept at a very low level. Our solution to this is to retain only those employees capable of producing the finest quality of workmanship obtainable.
