Ever since our humble beginnings, CRC has evolved into a manufacturing and engineering company with a variety of different services to offer. We manufacture zinc and aluminum alloy die castings, as well as offer services, such as engineering, tooling and fabrication, and other value-added operations. Cast-Rite Corporation in Gardena, California is certified to AS9100D by NSF-ISR for the manufacture of complex die castings; precision high-volume machining and assembly.

Castechnologies, Incorporated was founded in 1987 to provide industry with an economical source for precision, machined castings utilizing the Graphite Permanent Mold Process. This process, which we use exclusively, combines the low cost of easily machined graphite molds with a high-strength zinc-aluminum alloy, ZA-12, to provide an economical alternative to other manufacturing processes in annual volumes of 500-15,000 pieces.

We will travel directly to your place of business and regrind your spindle tapers on-site, inside your plant. We repair or regrind worn, damaged, crashed and wrecked spindles with 40, 50, 60, CAT40, CAT50, CAT60 tapers and larger, including Big Plus Conventional, NC and CNC spindle tapers. Compared to traditional repair options, our on site spindle taper regrinding is a cost effective way of improving the accuracy of your machine by repairing damaged or worn tool seats. This is done on the machine with respect to its geometrical condition. The process requires an average of two hours to complete and the taper conformity is checked by using a certified air gage and test bar. Through this process, removal and reassembly of the spindle is eliminated, providing considerable savings in cost and down time.

Catalina Cylinders is a leading producer of high and low pressure aluminum compressed gas cylinders.

We offer a variety of cylindrical grinding and honing services to achieve size, surface finish, and geometric tolerances on a variety of materials. CNC applications allow us to perform complex geometries and multiple grind operations per cycle. Serving the aerospace, medical and automotive industries we understand the critical nature of tight tolerances and on time delivery demands. We aim for a high level of customer service and will do whatever we can to meet the delivery needs of our customer.

We were incorporated under the Laws of the Province of Ontario in May 1985. We received our welding procedure qualification from the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations in September of 1985. Registration number K924.5. Our skilled team has lived and worked in Brantford for Many years, and they are able to provide welding / steel fabricating to your complete satisfaction.
