AWC is a machining and cutting job shop specializing in engineering, industrial, and decorative cutting services. Capabilities include ultra high precision CNC Waterjet machining to +/- 0.0015 inch. The working area for Waterjet cutting exceeds 4 feet X 12 feet with material height exceeding 20 inches for select jobs. Additional capabilities include Wire EDM, 3 & 4 axis CNC milling, conventional turning, and exotic material grinding. AWC has full 3D Solids CAD/CAM capabilities for system engineering, reverse engineering, and special project manufacturing. Example software seats onsite include IDEAS, Solidworks, Esprit, Cosmos, Autodesk Suites, and various OEM packages. Manufacturing software includes MasterCam X, Esprit, and a cross section of filters for Unigraphics, Pro-E, select versions of Catia, STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and STL. AWC has over 50 years in combined experience machining and designing advanced materials. AWC also has over 30 years in combined experience using and developing Abrasive Waterjet machining technology for low cost manufacturing.
